The Interplanetary Initiative is excited to welcome Pauline Jewett to our team this month!
Pauline joins us with over 25 years of experience at Arizona State University. She brings a wide range of knowledge in finance, project management, human resources, and special projects. Prior to joining the II team, she worked with the Global Security Initiative’s Center for Human, Artificial Intelligence, and Robot Teaming (CHART), managing diverse sponsored research projects with agencies like DARPA, (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), and the DOD, (Department of Defense).
In her new role, Pauline will take a leading role in guiding and positioning Interplanetary pilot projects on a path of success both within the ASU ecosystem and externally. She will be providing strategic project support between faculty, students, and other researchers from academia, government, and industry facilitating cohesive collaboration, and flexibility on how to meet each project’s goals. She will also strategize and enact plans around fostering strategic partnerships, pursuing funding opportunities, and engaging with external collaborators to help our pilot projects grow and scale!
When she’s not working, Pauline enjoys spending time with her family, including her two dogs and two reptilian pets. A person of many talents, she loves to sing, play the guitar, and bass. She also enjoys reading, baking, and discovering new music.
Welcome Pauline!
