About

How do we build a just, equitable, diverse and inclusive space for all of humanity?

Many organizations strive to foster diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, yet DEI in space access remains largely unaddressed, keeping it an exclusive domain. Equally vital is the often-overlooked “just” component of access to space and participation in the space community. This project aims to explore what a just, equitable, diverse and inclusive approach to space truly entails and how to broaden space access for all humanity. Through surveys, discussions and events, this research sparked actionable insights to build a space community where people feel genuinely welcomed and included — going beyond metrics to understand their underlying causes.
