The Bachelor of Science in Technological Leadership advances training in leadership thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving, which are skills that will contribute to burgeoning technological-sector jobs, strong organizational leadership roles, and graduate school opportunities in STEM fields.
Each semester students will take courses in thinking and making. In thinking classes students will build critical thinking and research skills using an innovative solution pathway that allows students to solve significant problems in the fields of science and technology. In making classes students create a finished project in the areas of engineering, art and design, or community engagement to solve a long-standing problem. Throughout the thinking and making processes students will enhance their progress through the incorporation of learned knowledge and skills in physics, calculus, coding, and team leadership.
