About

Can we establish a model that turns insights into action and see results that create an inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible environment for the space industry?

The DEIA Service Model Project’s aim was to develop a business plan and consultative offering that can improve representation, diversity and equity in the space sector — not as a performative action to “check a box” but as a means to ensure our future is representative of all of humanity. This future includes both improving diversity in the workforce represented in the space industry here on Earth and to ensure we are representing all of humanity as we venture further into the stars.

The final report is the framework of a business model for advancing five unique offerings to various stakeholders in the space sector.
